Lolo Beads is a total scam! I placed an order weeks ago, paid in full, and received nothing. Multiple attempts to contact customer service via emails, chats and calls were ignored, and the website’s ‘forgot password’ feature didn’t even work. The company appears professional but is fraudulent with no actual service. After researching, I found they share an address with multiple other businesses, raising further suspicion. I’ve disputed the charge with my bank and am warning others to avoid this site at all costs!
