I hired lucille Rae to do some edits and publish a app. I paid him, he somewhat vanished. Once he did apear again he claimed to have completed the requested work. Once he uploaded his work first I relaized it wasnt complete. On top of that what ever he did locked me out of my own app. I asked him to correct it. Which took foreve to respond . Once I got a response I was told he was out of town. Then he told me he had a buddy coming to fix it. Then he told me he needed some other files. None the less after a long list of excuses I didnt get a refund or the work completed.

At a certain point PayPal stopped offering dispute and claims for "non tangible " or "digital" items. I did not know this. None the less his " proof" was a random sentence telling them I was lying. Since they didn't cover the item they declined the charge back.

I have already had to show proof of this appeal on other sites. I was hired for $250 to make a dating app for this customer. I was giving him an incredible discount to help him get started. I did exactly what he wanted, he then deleted all my work and locked me out of the system. Everything was done to the specifics we agreed on. Screenshots showing everything completed, just an unhappy person, nobody will make him happy. Paypal even reviewed this case and sided with us. Please take this down.
