Lucinda Guest Clements is the perpetrator. She refuses to send me my $675 deposit. The sheriff entry report explains that Lucinda lives in a business location. That is impossible. The fraudulent sheriff entry report results in my case being similar to a cold case and therefore rests in the Hall county Georgia clerk of courts files for possible up to 10 years.
The phone number given to me lead to Hall county animal control. Hall county sheriff civil division and Hall county animal control refuse to correct a fraudulent sheriff entry report. I am a victim of fraud and theft in Hall County state of Georgia in the United States.
