magnetic-curtains.com Magnetic Curtains Never shipped product, had to invoice payment processor- then deleted my reviews off their site. STAY AWAY!

Ordered a set of curtains from their webpage here on Feb. 23rd:

The seller sent an auto-email saying if I have any questions to email them by replying to that email address (info@magnetic-curtains.com). Two weeks after ordering I emailed the seller for an update as they provided a USPS tracking number but no actual shipping progress. Seller promptly replied that they will check with their manufacturer and get back to me.

Three days later- no reply, so I send a follow up email to see if they had an update. 

Five days later- no reply so I send another email- maybe they overlooked it?

Next day- still no reply so I open a Paypal dispute which allows the seller and buyer 30 days to communicate and work out a solution.

Immediately the seller replies to my email and refunds me. Since I clearly wanted the item, this was very dissappointing. I left a review of what happend on their website describing what happened and my experience with this order. They immediately removed it.

They then emailed me:

"Reviews are for verified buyers; your review did not pertain to the actual product you left the review in, and you did not received the item thus your review does not pertain to the product itself."

I do not believe this seller is a legitimate entity that sells real items, as nothing was shipped to me and they ignore customers once they have the money. If I forgot about the order, they would have just kept the money. Stay away from this shady business!

We strive to have 100% customer satisfaction and we treat all our customers with respect and honesty. And we apologize you had a negative experience. We take pride in responding to each of our customers, 3-5 business days to respond time allows us to do that. However while verifying your case you ordered a custom made item which takes an approx. time of 3-6 weeks to be completed as it is custom made product, this is also detailed in our website before you order and you also ordered a magnetic tie back. In addition to the fulfillment time there is also a shipping time which may vary depending on the location of the customer.

Each order is assigned a paid postage USPS tracking number which the customer receives and is able to check for updates, and the status of his order either on the USPS or our website. I also see that’s we responded, to your email that it takes 3-6 approx. time for orders to be fulfilled as it is a custom made item and we cleared any confusion regarding the tracking information. However when you submit a PayPal, claim Paypal holds the money of the order which we utilize to process the order(this includes purchasing materials and also paying our employees and paying the vendor of your additional - magnetic tie back accessory, which you ordered and was already shipped) which we wrote you could keep free of charge since we already shipped the accessory.

Since the money of the order he purchased was held by PayPal we then proceeded to cancel your order and refund in full your money to further avoid any issues.
