I am one of Zaman's victims.  And yes he did everything as you stated.  All of the ripoff reports about him are true and I wrote many of them.   Why are you asking?  If I were you, I would warn everyone you know to stay away from the fraud of a pig.  The Realtor Association is taking a long time to kick him out of the organization so until they do (whenever his lawsuit against them is over), warn everyone you know to stay away from this Pakistani dude. 

He lies too easily but if you really listen, you know he's fake.  He has his goons to come and harass you too.  I believe he is mentally ill.  He also cant pay $1000 bill and has to be sued for it.  I think he cheats a lot of people out of their money and hides his ill-gotten stash under his mattress.  So many people complained about him to Realtor Association and what do they do?  Pocket his membership fee and turn the other way while he continues to cheat people.
