Update.  Zaman got his appeal with the Realtor Association of Palm Beach County (RAPB) even though there was no basis for the appeal last week.  RAPB just likes to waste time but I was glad to get the opptny to lecture the Board of Directors.  i know that most likely that I wasted time but my lecture was that RAPB shouldn't enable a crook and has been doing that for years; they should rid their rule that the ethics hearing must be delayed if there's a lawsuit between the complainant and realtor; the penalties should be harsher for the crime committed; and they should care more about the public than they do about the scammer's blood money. 

He bleeds his victims by driving them crazy with his constant intimidation and lies.  His penalty should be that he gets kicked out.  Unfortunately, the Board did not take my recommendation but upheld the first hearing panel's penalties which are 1. 2 year probation  2. ethics class and 3. $3K fine.  That's nothing compared the scammer did to me and his other victims.  

Countdown to your ethics violation hearing, boy!  Bad boys, bad boys.  What are you going to do when they come for you?  

I know many people in South Florida who know about this overweight, short, realtor who fakes everything he says.   The local and international desis know his wife and three daughters too.  They are supporters in his scamming people in various ways.  Sometimes, he scams through real estate, immigration, or just plain acting like a victim.  Please see all his humorous lawsuits on palmbeachclerk.com

At some point, he should be behind bars for fraud.  Do not trust him or believe he worked with "Obama."  Malik, I would pay back ALL your victims who you defrauded.  Turn yourself in.  Admit, your fraud practices from Lahore to Canada to Florida and everything in between.  I deem you belong in prison for your practices.

He and his family really should be shipped back to Pakistan. He does nothing but write ludicrous court documents as if the judge will side with him and his stupid motions that will never fly especially when he commits fraud.  The dum-dum thinks he can change his business name is enough to commit more fraud.  CHOICE #1 MY A$$.
