Marcus Varona ripped us off for $95.  A service call he agreed to pay for.  He was told over the phone the service call charge, all of our advertisements state there is a fee, AND Marcus Varona asked our service technician "how much is the service call?".

  This deadbeat slob called our company to come out to troubleshoot his pool heater.  He set up an appointment for Tuesday 3/22 between 12-2pm and was rather pushy.  He text my service technician serval times the morning of, asking for an earlier appointment, asking for ETA.  We rescheduled to come earlier just to get this pain in the AS$ off the schedule. 

When our technician who has 26 years of experience repairing pool heaters arrived Marcus Varona stood over his shoulder the entire time.  Our technician showed this fat slob the temperature control board was receiving 28 volts and no power was coming out.  Our technician looked up the replacement part which was roughly $400 online. 

Marcus Varona asked "how about if I buy one online?".  We explained we cannot warranty anything he purchase and would charge another service call to come back to install it if he chooses to buy his own.  Marcus Varona asked AGAIN "how much is the service call again?  Our techician reminded him AGAIN it is $95. 

Marcus said he would let us know.  We did not hear from this low rent no money waste our time non customer.  We mailed him the invoice for the $95 he was told several times he would be charged, we provided 2 options a new board or a new heater.  He has not paid and to add insult to injury Marcus Varona of Riverside text our technician claiming he fixed the heater, purported there was nothing wrong with the board but a cut wire which is utter BS! 

Technician reminded Marcus Varona "you were standing there and saw the voltage coming in and not going out of the board!"   We are certain this cheap p***k who judging by his dilapidated house and junk SUV in the driveway likely purchased his own board after wasting our time, gas and money troubleshooting the issue.  

Think twice about doing any work for this guy without getting paid upfront.  He has no character and thinks it's ok to call a company out with clear prices stated and not pay.   Looking at his "business" websites this guy is an all around clown.  Second rate two bit amateur hour websites!  explains the dumpy house......   I wonder Marcus P Varona, do you provide FREE services too???  

We will add him to our list of deadbeats to sue in small claims as we have 2 years to file.  We have no other pending cases and not wasting more good time chasing this zero   Showtime Productions
