This company I ordered from on the Facebook app ripped me off. They sent me 2 metal racks of which I did not order. I could have gotten them out of Dollar General. I ordered these shoe box shelves for $75. I have been going back and forth with someone through email for weeks.
They have offered me $8 then $15 then $22 then $28. I told them NO each time. They tried to persuade me not to send the package back "due to high shipping costs". I did wind up paying $16.10. Now they have the racks back and they are trying to tell me that I sent them to the wrong address.
I sent it back to the exact address that they came from. I had the lady at the post office check behind me. They are telling me that they can only send me 40% because we both have to bear the cost. Why do I have to bear anything? I did nothing wrong.
