I contracted with Mark Castellucci / mrc recycled rubber products to apply a rubber copping around my pool. I gave him a 50% money advance and never showed up to perform the work. I have been informed he moved from Napa to the central valley. In my research, I discovered he has skipped from San Mateo, Sonoma, Napa and beyond. In each event leaving a trail of fraud. His website http://www.mrcrecycledrubberproducts.com/         is now a Japanesse gambling site which is being tracked by the FTC.

Anyone know Mark Castellucci Sr whereabouts please rspond to this blog, Process servers are looking for him.
