Mr Flowers stole a semi, trailer and cargo. Attempted to fence the stolen property in Harrisburg NC. The truck was recovered, the trailer and cargo remain stolen.

The truck was recovered from 49-ers RV and Truck Storage where the facility had begun to chop the truck up for parts.

Mr Flowers is wanted for questioning. The criminal and civil liabilities may be severe. Any knowledge may be reported to Harrisburg or Los Angles County Sheriff and the FBI.
