marshmallowcatbed.com Eleanor is the contact person Company didn't give me money back Internet

I purchased a cat bed from marshmallowcatbed.com The bed was too big so I returned it unused, in the original package and within in their 14 day return window. I've sent 3 emails to Eleanor Gakii the contact person and have not heard from her. I paid $59.00 for the bed. There is no phone number and it only list an email address to contact customer service. The original packaging had it shipped from china. I would of never bought it had I known that it was coming from china. Their website looks legit and even comes complete with reviews of others who had bought a bed from them. This website needs to be shut down. Total scam
