Made on line reservation for a trip to Carmel Indiana for StayBridge Hotel through third party. Reservation for dates Dec 17-20. Hotel had no record of reservation.

Credit card statement clearly registers $391.60 to CCI for hotel reservation dated 10/21/19. So I did not discover the problem until I actually showed up at the hotel.

I am out that amount of money. Also, had to find alternate lodging.
