Materiafl I ordered a pair of pearl earrings off of Facebook. I received posts and backs. No pearls. The company only offered a 40% refund or I could pay$20 to return them. Internet

I ordered a pair of earing from an entity called Materiafl on Facebook. They only sent the posts and backs as per the attached picture. I've had multiple exchanges with their customer service. Initially they offered a 20% refund, followed by an offer for a40% refund, or I could pay$20 to return the item. This company doesn't want to do what is right or expected. Please don't let others waste their hard earned money with this company.
