MAX NOVELTY I ordered 2 paint-by-number kits in April 2020. I still have not received them.

I ordered two paint-by-number kits from Max Novelty hoping for delivery for two birthdays by July. I still have not received these kits. I have requested a refund with no response from the company. I had one email response assuring me the kits were on their way.
When I check the tracking number out of a shipping facility called ShenZhen, it shows the order at the facility. However, there is no phone number to find out about my order, and no help whatsoever from MaxNovelty. Of course, they have my money and have not offered a refund. The birthdays are long past at this point, so here I am making this report.
