Maxikare advised multiple times that they have sent a check for ordering a truck to move a shipment and then cancelling upon arrival to their shipper. Multiple times Jeffrey Zhang advised they sent the check, but never did it show up.

He then stated it must have been lost two times in the mail.  He then pushed it off on Shao Liu who sent us a copy of the check but still has never been received.
