My daughter spent 9 days & nights in the bed (2/27-3/7/2021) and experienced bites on her face and neck. Later, others in the household were also bitten.
A Terminix technician confirmed the presence of bedbugs in the bed.
We complained directly to the company, to the BBB, and to the NC Attorney General's office. In our complaint, we requested reimbursement for extermination costs ($2200.00).
Medical Modalities has refused to accept responsibility.
My daughter died on July 11, 2021.
