This is the 3rd report made about the same individual perpetuating the same basic scam. He 'hires' you to help him build a large ambitious new financial services company. But then doesn't pay when promised and starts pressuring you to raise money to fund the business through a series of half-baked 'transaction proposals' that are really low return loans to his companies.
There is no job, there is no money. He is asking you to sell securities in a shell company without a license and that will can get you in trouble.
The man has a long history has a con-artist and scam artist. This same scam has been circulating for a while - not sure why the police allow it to continue. I will happily testify against him if they want to contact me. I have texts and emails from him going back a long ways...
