Mr. Schumacher accepted (2) bank wires from our Company for services not rendered. The first bank wire was for $7500 as an business loan application fee and the second wire was for the loan closing costs ($6220).

Mr. Schumacher claims, without any supporting evidence, his broker stole the funds and no one was going to get funded. Mr. Schumacher refuses to refund any of of fees. 

The total loss of this claim is $13,220.
