This attorney is representing my ex and tried to serve me with a Temporary Retraining Order when my ex and I have never been physical.  I am blind and on dialysis and was left abandoned with no care for a week on my own. My ex was getting paid by the State to care for me. When I told her not to return she hired this attorney who showed up at my home with her friends to fight with me. My ex kept returning with threats and was told to leave by Sheriff all 3 times. 

THIS ATTORNEY CLAIMS I WAS SERVED WITH COURT PAPERS WHICH WAS NOT TRUE AND GOT A JUDGMENT AGAINST ME.  I responded to the court and it was dismissed.  I verified with the court today that she has submitted another proof of service to the court n November 19, 2019 and is again trying to get a judgment against me.  This attorney is well aware I am ill and cannot see but conitnued to try to torment with the court.  I have filed a formal complaint the State Bar of Calfifornia against her and the investigation is pending. 

My next step is I need to file a lawsuit against her for damages.  MICHELLE JORGENESN ASKED IN OPEN COURT TO SERVE BY BY PUBLICATION AND THATIS AGAINST THE LAW.  JUST THINK PEOPLE PAY HER FOR HER KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW?  BE VERY CAREFUL OF HER ILLEGAL MOVES.
