Do not sign up for coaching.  You cannot cancel and it isn't what you think it is. After signing up I was told there would 40 coaching calls for 30 minutes each.  After 7 months I told them, I do not want to continue coaching and do not charge any of my credit cards. They said I could not cancel and they continue to charge my credit card $650/month. The 30-minute calls are no help at all.  The coach will ask about your transactions only to determine how much your commissions will be and when you will get them so they can sell you more of their services such as their seminars which are infomercials to sell their coaching. The money you pay them would be much better spent on marketing to get listings.  Their current coaching program is $500/month for 6 months and then $650/month for 6 months for a total of $6,900.00 which is $345 per hour.  You will be very disappointed and when you try to cancel you will find out they are not nice people.
