I received a product very different from what I ordered off of their ad on facebook. I ordered a 2 in 1 curling straightening iron. They sent me a very basic flat iron.

I contacted them by email and they proceeded to argue with me ... saying that I ordered the wrong product and that they would only offer me a $5 refund but I would still have to pay shipping back to China.

Anytime I emailed them, they continued to send me the same condescending email over and over to each response of what I would send them, over a period of 2 weeks.

I have found them with many more ads under many other names. Everybody on Facebook has negative things to say with the same results.
