 Crystal -front desk Clerk is completely unprofessional and jealous of female guests. 

  Crystal makes intrusive comments, hinting that the female guest is participating in illegal activity, hinting that the guest is mentally ill, expects female guests to be completely submissive.

  The air conditioning system keeps the rooms at 30 degrees, one elevator wasn't working, the property is dated. Crystal is cocky!
