Disgruntled tenant lost in court

I had to take this tenant to court and he lost so this is his way of getting back at me. He left the property and horrible condition and stiffed me for the last months rent. He left me with a $600 water bill that created a lien on the property.
Water in Colorado is the only utility that can create a lien. The owner is responsible unlike gas and electric that has to chase the account owner for the bill. I can go on and on. I am a licensed real estate agent and always do the right thing. You can call me anytime (I am easy to find) and I can give you current tenant references if necessary.
