I purchased a 2021 Kia Soul and later on I Discover. the car has been in a accident. When I noticed the bumper was separating from the car they use glue zip ties to hold the bumper in place. The dealership Didn't report it to CarFax or AutoCheck. They never disclose this information time of purchase. They committed fraud against me.

If you buy a used car, the onus is on you to inspect it for obvious things like a bumper being held on by zip ties. Most likely the owner fixed it himself, which obviously would not be reported to carfax. Besides, there is definitely no requirement to report anything to them. Auto shops do it voluntarily. You need to inspect the car, not the Carfax.
