Product not as advertised. Made in China not USA. Not advanced tech.
Couldn't cancel order which was not completed. Company will not respond to phone e-mail. Multiple attempts via e-mail by company to get me to complete order and increase quantity.
Shipped product ignoring my contacts. Product poorly packaged received damaged and unusable.
Sent another e-mail stating RETURN broken. If you want it back send prepaid shipping label.
