This company is a lousy company that receives consumers and abuses their personal information. I received a Pre Approval offer for loan from them encouraging me to apply. When I applied,I was immediately declined. When I complained against them, I received nasty responses from their customer service denying any wrongdoing and refusing to remove themselves from my credit report.

Pre Approval

AUTHOR: RICK - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, September 17, 2020

Pre approval means nothing.  Read the fine print and I'm betting you will see it says you are pre approved, BUT you still must meet their underwriting requirements.  Pre approval just means they did a 'soft pull' on your credit report and it was acceptable to them.  When they did a 'hard pull' of your file, you didn't meet the full requirements for a loan.
