I am not a part of his competitor, I am a student but I warn all of you considering to enroll in Moran's program. DON'T WASTE your money.  Just study all M&A youtube videos. You will not get your money's worth in his thousands of dollars program.  All he will tell you over and over, talk to sellers, bankers that is all you will learn! The link from past student says it all!
