In the fall of 2021 I spoke to the son of the founder who knew I needed a filter replaced in my attic to my air conditioning system. I told him I would contact him when I had the necessary funds to install it. I have made a handful of communicatory attempts voice messages to two separate telephone numbers, text messages and one hand delivered message to the mother of the son (thus the wife of the founder. That last attempt was 2 weeks ago.

To this date there is no response to my various communicatory attempts.
