I thought nothing of it. The Motel was dumpy and dirty outside and the room was even worse. After driving through the rain and horrible weather all day I was just tired and wanted to unwind. I was initially shocked by the hoodlums lurking around outside but brushed it off. I just wanted a shower and some rest ( during hurricane Sally) . I disrobed and went to the shower. i let the water run for 15 or 20 minutes and ...surprise no hot water! so i got my clothes on and walked down to the office where i was told that there was NO HOT WATER AND WOULD NOT BEFORE DAYS.

i POLIGHTLY AT THIS POINT NOW EXTREMELY IRRITATED TOLD THE HILLBILLYS WORKING AT THE DESK I WOULD BE CHECKING OUT AND THEY ASSURED ME I WOULD BE GETTING MY 65.00 BACK. I TURNED IN MY KEYS AND LEFT AND WENT TO ANOTHER MOTEL. NO RETURN WAS GIVEN. I HAVE PROCEEDED WITH THE PROCESS WITH BOOKING.COM TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND STILL 3 MONTHS LATER NO REFUND..
