I ordered parts that come as a left/right side pairs (Simpson H3 hurricane ties), received only right side ties, seller claims they have to be purchased individually for each side despite the manufacturer’s own website stating they do, in fact, ship in equal pairs.

Seller refuses to acknowledge the manufacturer’s own information stating otherwise, and has no explanation as to why their own website doesn’t specify left and/or right side model #’s. They refuse to acknowledge the error, to send me the missing left side ties, or to refund.
