I bought a hyperchiller from Amazon, with the above named company on June 13. On August 15 2020 it cracked, and I recieved a new one. On November 15, 2020 the new item they sent cracked again. I asked for a replacement, didn't even ask for a refund, and they told me its over their 30 days and they will not give a replacement or refund my money. So I basically spent 35.00 for an item that worked for 3 months, and got ripped off by this company. Stay far, far away from this company, you will not be happy when they are done with you.
