I was stopped in a walmart parking lot and was offered $390 to sign away rights to this realtor allowing them to have a 40 year say on how my property could be sold. The contract terms are unreasonable and unfair. As a single mother I knew I needed the money at the time but I was taking advantage of because I had no idea what this contract entailed. This company has been sued by 6 Attorney Generals since 12/2022 due to their unethical business practices.

You had NO IDEA??? Did you even bother to READ what you were agreeing to, BEFORE you agreed to it? Did you for one microsecond THINK you should review this with some who might be able to advise you? Whether or not they are in trouble with authorities is NOT the issue here. That's just YOU putting up a smoke screen to COVER UP your incredible lack of FINANCIAL COMMON SENSE! Only a fool would agree to terms they don't read or understand but then again, you are part of this generation. What a surprise!
