It was the most unprofessional work experience and the worst leadership or lack of in a Real Estate company I have ever dealt with. Took me off the HBA program after 3 weeks, Waste of time. MV Realty/Joe Shaia. I have been a Realtor for 21 years and recently worked with MV Realty and Joe Shaia. It was the most unprofessional work experience and the worst leadership or lack of in a Real Estate company I have ever worked with.

Joe took me off the HBA program after 3 weeks, They hire hundreds of agents with not enough training or support. Joe is running this company into the ground. They couldn't care less about their agents.
