I ordered their grant directory in 2/2025 for $60. I received it but already owned a similar directory.
So I sent it back for a refund with a copy of their form that says they have a 30-day money back guarantee. But now it's 4/2025 and I still haven't received my refund. They don't honor their refund policy.
