Reguardless of who made the mistake - if you order from this company, you are out of luck. No refunds, no exchanges, no returns (no backs).

They charge more for the same items if purchased at retail shops. It's a local Florida company that gets insurance companies to sign on to their service, but at the customers expense.

Customers are not allowed to return anything. How stupid is that?
