One Neighbor Do not show up as schedule, cut the wrong lawn twice and charged me for it. When trying to rectify the problem, they skip an entire week of service while the grass continues to grow Little Elm TX

In the first instance, they took a week to respond while my grass grew longer. They would not return multiple phone calls or emails. If they do, it's more than 3 days before they provide an update.
Any resolution takes more than a week to solve while the grass grows.
