Ordered a neon sign for a birthday gift on 1/28/20. Paid in full and for rush delivery. Sign was never delivered.

Phone is not answered. Emails from "Jack" are full of lies and excuses, including it was the "holiday season," was "lost in the mail," and now "pandemic." Will not refund and will not fulfill the order.

BBB bureau now reports this company is no longer in business.
