Joesph Aka Willy Childers is the leader of an elaborate transportation scam. He used me as a freight consultant as a outside contractor to find trucking companies that would haul his freight. He would have me send the trucking companies information about loads that needed to be picked up then when the bills started coming in he would tell the carrier the bills weren't his, they were the 2 shell companies that he created bills. (World Wide Commodities in Chester South Carolina) and (Emerald Pacific Resources in Laredo Tx.) WWC main contact is Jaden Oberlander.

Emerald Pacific Resources CFO is a guy by the name Wojteck Zarzeki. This would go on for few years before I had realized the scheme. I recently found out that they owed trucking companies 100s of thousands of dollars they moved there plastic resins essentially free.

They scammed the carriers in the process by lying to them about who the load was to be billed to and as to who owned the material New South Polymers 1340 center drive suite#101  Dunwoody Ga 30338, owned the material. They created an elaborate scheme to get out of paying there transportation bills. They also owe me 75,325.00 for unpaid invoices for my consulting services that I had provided them.

They would always send me 500.00 a week to keep me working for them even though we had agreed on a totally different number in our signed contract. I let this go on for a few years until I decided enough is enough you gotta pay me what you owe me or else I was getting a judgement and sending them to collections. I did just that!!!

While doing a little digging and research with my lawyer  I discovered this nightmare that many carriers were never paid it was an elaborate scheme they had. There scam has hurt alot of honest hard working trucking companies and cost me alot of good relationships in the process. I only wish I could of figured out there scheme months before I did.

The first few years i helped New South Polymers Inc. They were an honest company. Joseph Aka. Willy Childers turned 65 on September 17th 2019 he basically planned this to have extra money for his retirement as I assume he plans on ruining his own company's credit while stealing as much money as he can in the process.

Basically he used to have a 1million loan at Renasent bank out of Mississippi to cover all his purchases and freight bills instead he took that loan for his retirement and to cover his elaborate lifestyle. The man has vacationed in Paris, Miami,Florida And Athens,Greece just in the last 2 months alone. Beware he will try to impress you on the phone acting like a big shot millionaire and a born again Christian he is niether.

He is nothing but a total scum bag hustler. If you swallow his cool aid and haul his truck loads of plastic resins you will be doing it for free so that he can enjoy his next vacation. Then when you try to collect you will have to deal with his arrogant wife Liz Childers. She will give you the run around and say it's not there bill and that you need to bill one of there shell companies.

I surely hope someone besides me has a lawsuit against these heartless scammers.
