NGOA Flashlights & chargers ordered never received. No reply to inquiries. St. Charles Missouri

On Dec. 22,2015 I placed an order for 2 Flashlights & 2 rechargable batteries from NGOA. Received an order confirmation via email. They advised they were presently running 10-14 business days behind on shipping.

I received another email on Dec 26, 2015 stating they were including a $10 LumiTact key-chain light in my package free for my patience with the delayed order but again stated "10-14 business day behind in shipping from your purchase date".

Today, Jan. 14, 2016 I sent an email questioning a shipment date since it was past the previously stated 10-14 business days. As of 4pm cst I have received no reply.

I started checking into the company and was bombarded with sites all titled NGOA Scam. I will now be contacting my CC company to file a report with them.

I ordered on line a Mini-light- flashlight Kit from NGOA. I did not receive no tracking number or get anyone to answer the phone number ***-***-****. I have not heard anything from them and did not know they were more of a scam until i read their reviews.

I finally got my order

The day I called my credit card company I go to my mailbox and low and behold my order in full was there. Nice carrying case and he even included the free keychain lite he said he would include for free.  so I will recall my credit card company and stop the investigation. 

Not to say they are in the right by any means, The product looks okay at first site but I would never ever order from them again. Worst customer service ever.  To not answer 4-5 emails over a weeks time is uncalled for.  It took exactly 1 month to get the order when they said 10-14 days and no notification to advise of delay.

More info I found out about NGOC

As of 1/17/16 I received another email from "Victoria" of NGOA stating they had "found" boxes of Everstrykes that previously had been said were none available. Her boss was giving her permission to "give them away" and I just had to reply to email.  The only email I sent was one stating for her to check on my previous order about the flashlights & batteries.   As of 1/18/16 11:30am cst of course  no reply. 

I also sent another email to original email address of NGOC ? about when my order would be shipped.  Of course, no reply.  That makes 3 unanswered requests. 

I checked on my CC bill and it shows an address of Stripe, Inc. 3180 18th St. #100, San Francisco, CA  94110 314 669 1685 associated with the charges. I will be contacting them and my CC company.
