Marc and Shannon Saenz and Nichole Chalfant are being investigated for stealing millions of dollars in real estate from the eldery. The authorities are collecting evidence for wire fraud as well. If you are a victim please forward any information to the APD Fraud unit.
I am a private investigator who has been following this crime spree for 7 years now and I would appreciate any furthure evidence that comes forward. I dont want to see another elderly victim get abused.
