Nitoexpress Cargo Will not return email on shipping status. City Chiba

On May 6, 2019, a shippment was picked up by Nitoex Cargo. The company sent me a tracking number ER-20190506-035042 which does not return any information. info@nitexs.com has blocked my email address and will not return any of my requests for shippment status.
It is now August 4, 2019 and Nitoex Cargo refuses to contact me. The phone number is busy, therre is no name to contact, just the info@nitexs.com email. I cannot find an alternative way to contact them. They seem to be a fraudulent company that does not exists.
