On December 3, 2019 on Jan Hofherr the owner of NOC 7 Corporation at 1000 S Dixie HWY W unit 9 Pompano Beach Fl 33060 revieved $1,500 on a credit card charge to purchase a gun that was never delivered to day and he has never refunded the $1,500. at the same time I loaned John Hofherr $4,000 to be paid back in a six month period.
I have made numerous attemps to collect the loan and credit card charge for the gun by sending correspondences by text, phone, USPS regular mail and USPS Certified mail with no response.
Jan Hofherr owner of NOC 7 Corporation owes me a total of $5,500.
