They don't answer their phones, put you on hold for a long time then abruptly disconnect call. They charged my credit card for two charges, $89.92 and $89.94 for products they never sent because I cancelled. Capital One Bank will not reverse charges and Nootropic Technologies will not refund my money. The trial offer they sent me ( and I paid for) I took twice. I was extremely ill both days so never took it again
