I was contacted by an individual claiming to offer a massage service, and I agreed to pay using Interac. The payment amount was confirmed in advance, and I proceeded to make the payment.

Despite fulfilling my part of the agreement, the individual did not provide the promised service and has since become unresponsive.

I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and recovering my funds.
