NORBERT HABERBUSCH WAS HIRED FOR INSTULATION OF HARDWOOD FLOORING. THE ESTIMATE OF THE FLOORING WAS $14,000.00. NORBERT CASHED A CHECK FOR $4,800.00 TO BUY THE WOOD. THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I SAW NORBERT HABERBUSCH. I WAS AWARDED THE FULL $4,800.00 IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

NOW MR. NORBERT IS ON THE RUN. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME HE HAS RIPPED OFF CUSTOMERS.

DO NOT HIRE THIS THEIF.
