The tent ripped during assembly, I emailed them and two weeks later I got a reply just telling me they no longer have any tents and I need to just duck tape it, while aggressively advertising their tents on facebook, they think their customers are idiots. Even of I duct taped it its going too continue too tear more every time I move the thing, I'm throwing it in the trash. The is a cheaper better option!
