As usual with this scammer, Raymond James Cruz / Raymond Cruz (likely not his real name, he has a new scam for 2020 offering bogus pre-construction lots on a bogus development in the area of Nosara Costa Rica www.nosara-estates.com. Since his name is all over the internet acusing him of other scams he is not using it on this particular one but his style of web site and offering tactics is the same, a newly created web domain, an 888... phone number (you can buy those for a song) and no email address.

Fake name of architectural company same old style trying to lure in possible victims. PLEASE BEWARE! It is a SCAM! Do not send money for anything unless you see it with your own eyes, he knows how to make fake papers, titles, survey maps, etc. His main line is "Pre-Construction" prices that would go up soon. DON'T FALL FOR IT.

Phishing email address

AUTHOR: David - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 11, 2021

This fictitious person, Pamela, is another name created by the perpetrator. Notice that at the end it states that if you have any questions to email @nosara-estates.com, which will let him know ecxactly who and from where someone is sending the message.

You can spend less than $5 USD and make some phone calls to reputable real estate agencies in the area of Nosara, noboby, not one of the many I called have heard of such a development or project going on there, it is a small community and certainly any reputable business or Realtor would know about it. Check century21nosara.com, nosararealestate.com, coldwellbankercostarica.com, surfingnosara.com, nosararealestatereport.com, these are all real and reputable real estate businesses in Nosara, they have offices and contact numbers which you can locate on the spot, unlike the SCAMMER who never answers and only request for you to leave a phone number so he can check it first and make sure it is not the Interpol or local authorities who are after him. This guy has been doing this for a good while and everytime he gets a succer, he invest a small portion on the flashy new web sites, skype, Magic Jack or other type of VOP telephone numbers to make it look legit. He has blogs with  comments from fake visitors. I know his Modus Operandis.
