Their income verifying system is absolute garbage. We have regular income showing up in our bank accounts, but their system keeps saying we don’t make enough. Because of that, we lost out on TWO rental homes we really wanted. It makes no sense. the money is right there in our statements, clear as day. but whatever system they’re using can’t figure it out. It’s like they don’t know how real people live or get paid. We tried reaching out to fix the mistake, sent emails, filled out forms, nothing. no reply, no help.
