I sent a picture of my case ordered for my IPHONE to O2 Leather. I also called them at their number on the website. I never received a response.   This is my arctic Brown Leather case for the Pro Max 14. I think you need to improve your quality control engineering. There is a bad scratch where the strap goes and in the upper left hand Corner the product looks worn, otherwise it looks nicely made made and I hope it holds up. Can I get a better inspected replacement? Thank you
