An autistic boy named Victor Michini called 911 for chest pain. He asked for an ambulance. The Ogden Utah police department showed up and took him to jail at the Weber County jail. Victor has been denied medical care, phone calls and visits which is a huge civil rights violation. Shame on the Ogden Utah police department and Judge Ortega for hiding this evidence to torment a boy with disability.
